Jeff came over and was incredibly personable, made us feel comfortable and answered all of our questions with ease. The pictures he took did our home great justice, which was not something we were able to achieve using our own camera. I showed the apartment for only one extended week-end, and received an excellent offer, with only one minor condition. I have told everyone I know how easy it is, and recommended that they sell their homes this way. As with both previous sales, I paid no commission and used only the checklists and advice provided from Grape Vine. I find that by doing it this way I retain control over who sees my home (and when!) and it is even less intrusive than the traditional way. Since you always have to use a Lawyer even with a Sales Agent I find no advantage in using one, and intend to keep doing it this way. Thanks for your service Grape Vine, you saved me thousands!

The Grape Vine service has been great! On the very first day we were up we had several emails and calls. Most agents respected our no agent request, but some did not. We had only one Open House, and sold it to a very nice couple from out of town. They were agent free and were happy to find our home on Grape Vine and deal with the sellers (us) directly.
