DIY - How it Works

This package includes everything you need to list and sell your house in a professional manner. It includes:
- A consultation with an Ottawa based licenced Realtor®
- Full, professional signage (For Sale sign, open house signs, directional signs and a SOLD sign)
- Professional photographs
- 6 month listing on MLS®
- Area comparables to help you set your price
- Optional Showings Management Service (secure electronic Bluetooth lockbox, all agent showings arranged through our office, feedback from the showing requested by our office). This add-on is $399 plus HST.
Once you register you will be contacted by our office to start the process.
A Grapevine Realtor® will be assigned to your listing and contact you to arrange your consultation.
We will send you the steps to schedule your professional photoshoot and slide show by www.myvisuallistings.com.
We will schedule the installation of your For Sale and neighbourhood signs.
You will review the draft version of your MLS® listing and sign your MLS® listing forms.
Your listing will go live on MLS®, realtor.ca and several other high traffic real estate websites.
You advise us once your house sells so we can list it as SOLD on your sign and on MLS®.

MLS GUIDELINES

Send us your accepted offer within 24 hours of signing, allowing us to update your MLS® listing.
Allow Realtor® members of the Ottawa Real Estate Board to show your home to their buyers.
Delay of offers is only available with our full-service package.
